Our most recent Oncology and Cancer Treatment Center experience includes:

 

Memorial Hermann Southeast Oncology, Houston, Texas - $3 million; 12,000 sf; The goal was to build state-of-the-art visible cancer centers, experienced based, that house the latest technology in an esthetically comfortable space, speaking to innovation while at the same time remaining sensitive to the comforts of the patient and family.  Clinical space includes patient support services, nutritional counseling, retail, genetic counseling and clinical oncology social worker assessments.  Office space includes directors, financial personnel, clerical staff, cancer registry, medical records and clinical trials staff. 

 

Texas Oncology Center, Sugarland, Texas - $2,480,000; 16,073 sf; The new single story facility includes medical oncology, radiation therapy, diagnostic radiology, a full-service pharmacy, administration/records, medical exam, doctors offices and associated support functions.  The latest, most effective technologies were used such as intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), advanced CT imaging and PET scanning.  

 

Southwest Oncology Center, Fort Worth, Texas - $2,453,000; 16,073 sf ; The new single story facility includes chemotherapy treatment, CT scanner, x-ray, linear accelerator vault, administration/records, medical exam, doctors offices and associated support functions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cy Fair Oncology Center, Houston, Texas - $2,460,000; 11,500 sf; tThis single-level facility was designed to accommodate future horizontal expansion of one linear accelerator vault and 5,000 sf of office and treatment areas.

 

Memorial Hermann Oncology Center, Texas Medical Center, Texas - $10 million; 12,000 sf; Currently in design.

 

Brazosport Hospital Cancer Center Expansion and Renovation, Lake Jackson, Texas - $3.6 million; 15,348 sf; Currently under construction.
