Located in north Houston, Doctors Hospital Tidwell was purchased by HealthPlus Corporation in 1998.  As part of the new owner’s extensive hospital expansion program, a new 50,000 sf medical office building was designed to provide office space for physicians practicing at the hospital, as well as attract new physicians to the expanding hospital.  Inside, the building features a three-story atrium with full-height glazing that provides daylight to all the elevator lobbies.  50,864 sf; $5,138,000.
