Our most recent Ambulatory Surgery Center experience includes:

 

Texas Orthopedic Hospital, Houston, Texas – This project consists of infilling two separate areas, currently utilized as parking, on the North and South of the existing hospital.  The scope includes approximately 14,000 sf of space as a surgery center on the North and 10,000 sf of space as a Pain Clinic on the South; $4.5 million.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

BrainSUITE, Houston, Texas – Advanced neurosurgical operating room is the latest in image-guided surgery, providing real-time views of the tumor site with intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging (1.5 tesla iMRI); $8 million.

DaVinci Robotics Operating Suite, Houston, Texas - P&W is building out an existing shell space on the 5th floor of Alkek Pavilion at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center for a new operating room to accept the daVinci Surgical System; $800,000.

 

Christus Ambulatory Surgery Center, Alexandria, Louisiana - The new 15,300 sf facility includes 4 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms, 6 pre-op patient stations, 7 recovery stations and 7 stage two recovery stations; $3.4 million.

 

Ambulatory Surgery Center, Pasadena, Texas - The new 25,600 sf facility includes 7 operating rooms, 1 procedure rooms, 10 pre-op patient stations, 10 recovery stations and 10 stage two recovery stations; $6.3 million.

 

Ambulatory Surgery Center, Waco, Texas – 17,000 sf build-out and addition including 4 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms, 9 pre-op patient stations, 9 recovery stations and 6 stage two recovery stations; $2.8 million.
